Redecoration

I have been wanting to repaint the bathroom for about two years. I finally got around to doing it yesterday. I forgot to take the before pictures until I had almost all of the wall paper off of the wall.

A few weeks ago I went to United Art and Education and purchased some art supplies for the kids. Today we put it to good use! I bought the kids the first letters to their names and let them paint them this morning. We had a great morning.

Indiana Beach

Yesterday Ian and I met my parents, brothers, and sister at Indiana Beach. We had a really fun day. Ian loved floating around the lazy river. We also had access to the rides in the park. Ian's favorite ride was a pirate ride. We rode around inside a building and had laser guns to shoot at targets. We got points for all the targets that we hit. I am pretty sure that we rode it 4 times! I left my camera in a locker the whole day, so the  pictures that I am posting are copied off of Facebook, compliments of my brother Mike. I did take the first two before I locked up my stuff.

another trip to the museum

This week was an easy week for me. I only had Francie Monday thru Wednesday. On Wednesday I only had her a half day, so I took Ian and Anya to the museum. I brought my little brother too. It was a fun day.

We still love our membership. We spent most of our time in the Hot wheels and the lego exhibit. I love that we can spend the whole day out having fun and it only costs us gas money! 

4th of July

We had a great time watching the fireworks on Wednesday night. While we were waiting, we listened to a live band. They were a good group.

I bought the kids and me (mainly me) some silly light up hair bands.

The fireworks were beautiful and the show was amazing like every year!
